At Downtown Dandie, we specialize in delivering high-quality web design, SEO reports, and digital marketing services. We aim to provide value in every service, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our services and how refunds or cancellations are handled.

Service Fulfillment

We offer both one-time digital deliverables and ongoing services:

• SEO Health Reports & Strategy Documents
  These are delivered electronically within 3–5 business days after purchase. You'll receive them via the email you used during checkout.

• Web Design & Digital Marketing Services
  After payment or deposit, we’ll contact you to begin onboarding. Custom work follows a mutually agreed timeline and scope, and we keep you in the loop at every step.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with what you receive. While most of our services are customized and time-intensive (which limits full refunds), we do allow partial or full refunds in reasonable circumstances.

We offer refunds in these situations:

• You cancel within 24 hours of purchase and work hasn’t started

• You’re unhappy with a digital report, and you contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear feedback — we’ll work with you to revise or partially refund

• Project delays on our end beyond the agreed timeframe, without reasonable cause

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• After custom design or marketing work has been completed

• If delays are caused by lack of client communication or missed approvals

• If significant work hours have already been committed to your project

We assess refund requests case-by-case. To start a request, please email info@downtowndandie.com with your order number and your concern. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• One-time reports can be canceled within 24 hours, provided work hasn’t started

• Ongoing retainers (e.g. marketing packages) may be canceled anytime with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle

• If prepaid in advance for multiple months, unused full months may be refunded minus any work already completed
