1. Services Offered

• SEO audits and strategy reports

• Digital marketing services (e.g., content, ads, social media)

• Other related consulting and creative services

Some services are one-time (e.g. reports), others are ongoing (e.g. monthly retainers).

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upfront for all one-time services and reports unless otherwise agreed

• Ongoing services (such as retainers) are billed monthly in advance

• Invoices not paid on time may result in paused services or termination

• Prices are listed in [USD] and may include applicable taxes

3. Delivery & Timelines

• SEO reports are delivered within 3–5 business days after purchase

• Custom projects have their own delivery timelines, which are shared during onboarding

• Delays caused by lack of client feedback or information are not our responsibility

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

• SEO reports come with one round of revisions, provided you request it within 3 days of delivery

• Web and marketing projects may include revision rounds depending on the package

• We strive to ensure satisfaction but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. SEO rankings)

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Fulfillment Policy for full details. In short:

• Refunds may be granted if work hasn't started or if the service was not as described

• Retainers can be canceled with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle

• No refunds are issued for completed work or change of mind after delivery

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary information and access in a reasonable timeframe

• Respond to feedback or revision requests

• Review and approve milestones as work progresses

Delays in communication may delay the project and will not be grounds for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content and branding you provide us

• Final deliverables are yours to use once full payment is received

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide high-quality, effective services. However, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Results that depend on third-party platforms (e.g. Google rankings, social media algorithms)

• Losses resulting from misuse or misapplication of our reports or recommendations

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services means you accept any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with NZ laws and courts.
